I remember making these cookies when they came out in the magazine. How could I have forgotten to make them all these years?? Thanks for the reminder. There’s nothing better than a warm chocolate cookie.

Oh good grief. Last I saw Cookie Monster, on Let’s Play Seasame not that long ago, he was still inhaling cookies, but also letters, so he was still a monster.
If it makes you feel any better, we sing C is for Cookie every day at work with the kids, right before snack time, along with J is for Juice, and then the kids have a snack of juice and cookies. So the song, at least, lives on here.
PS Cookies look yummy. Not good preswim breakfast though.

Hi, This is Heidi again, My younger daughter whipped up a batch of these cookies today…..They are amazingly great!!!! & just so beautiful!…We have a big glass cookie jar where they are displayed, each layer separated with circles of parchment! It all looks like a lovely little bake shop! Can’t wait to try another recipe of yours!…..Your friend, Heidi
