Yaaaay! I have a sinus infection, and I’m exhausted, and it’s gray and ugly outside today… BUT, it’s my partner’s birthday, and I just finished cooking him a rather good birthday dinner, if I do say so myself. AND it’s Friday, and the weekend will be spent sleeping in, recovering from said sinus infection, and seeing friends I haven’t seen in ages. So, while I may not have time to make a lovely asparagus soup this weekend, i’m still going to copy your optimism – and, eventually, your soup, once you post the recipe. Because it looks like just what I need!
