For the moment, Christmas looks like a mountain of groceries in the fridge, smells like 6 fresh baked stollen on my counter ready to be packed as presents, sounds like kids bickering over the prettiest cookie “ever” and it feels like I’m enjoying it all!

OMG, I’m so glad to see you’ve tried and loved these cookies. I too like to add a few new cookies each year to try and was humming and haaing over these for the month of December. I ended up making my usual Tangerine meltaways, but now that I see your rave for them I plan on making a bunch just in time for New Years. They do sounds scrumptious!

No Christmas here but I think winter is happier with lots and lots of cookies. Especially snow-covered jewels like these! Very Christmassy indeed.
