Wow, these look amazing. I must ask you this question, every time I see one of your beautiful cakes, I am green with envy, they always look so beautiful, how do you cut that perfect piece of cake, especially cheesecake? Whenever I cut a piece, even with heating the knife, wiping in between cuts, I can never, I mean never cut a perfect piece like you. What is your trick? Btw, this cookbook is going on my wishlist.

Holy Cow! As soon as I saw that first bite-worthy photo, I was all set to drop what I was doing to make that pizza immediately if not sooner…but I exerted some self control and kept reading…and now the cheese cake is number one on my list and the pizza is number two! Yum, yum, yum!

Chapter’s right? This is one of ‘heather’s picks’, lol. I saw tre display and have the book too.

I was actually going to make the cheesecake this weekend! great minds.
I looked for it on AMAZON to review it but coulen’t find it. Thought maybe it’s in Canada only?
