I was thinking more along the lines of cookies, but you've inspired me to consider some kind of cake. Love pistachios and love chocolate even more! There way this one time when I attempted to bake my daughters own birthday cake and it was a disaster so I end up buying in the bakery. It was falling apart and the icing was a disaster.
