What a beautiful, beautiful day! It is sunny and warm and full of fall colours in my neck of the woods – defintely so much to be thankful for!
We are celebrating with a ridiculous amount of food (including the pumpkin swirl cheesecake you see here) but it’s all so delicious and fresh that who could possibly blame us for indulging so much today?!
To all my fellow Canadians, I wish you the happiest of Thanksgivings!
Ciao!

Happy Thanksgiving! In Germany we do not celebrate this day unfortunately and until now I have never celebrated Thanksgiving neither in Canada nor in the States but I looove to read about it and see what people put on the table. Have a wonderful celebration. The cake looks awesome!
Btw, I found your blog when I was searching for the perfect pancakes and I found them here. The blueberry, buttermilk ones. They are sooo good! My favorite and so far everybody else’s for whom I made them.
Fabulous!
love cooking
We don’t celebrate Thanksgiving in our country. In fact, many of us don’t know this festival. But I will definitely want to celebrate any festival with lots of good food. You have a lovely pumpkin cheese cake there. Hope you enjoy the great weather of fall which we don’t have it here.

Happy belated Thanksgiving to you and yours!
The cheesecake looks absolutely STUNNING and something that I need to make sometime in the near future. Do you have a recipe for it? I’d love to make it for our Thanksgiving this coming month.
